Debonairs Pizza Dobsonville never order from them

I placed an order at Debonairs Pizza Dobsonville for delivery . i placed the order on the 27 august 2018 a Triple decker pizza and Paid online R149.00 An hour later the pizza was still not delivered. I contacted the store and I was told that my order wasn’t put through, I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded, I was told this will be done. i called again and was told they cant find the order now. i would like my money back
