Debonairs pizza Dobsonvile

I waited over an hour to receive my pizza, when I tried to get into contact with customer care I heard some guys speaking about robots or whatever in the background and then they proceeded to place the call on hold. On my app it said delivered after 45 mins but the guy got here an hour and 20 minutes later. I am never buying a pizza at this place again. If it was the first time I'm getting such bad service it would be something else, but no it's the second time around, the first time I ordered a triple dekker with a 1,5 litre colddrink but I have not gotten the colddrink till today, I called again to ask about the colddrink and spoke to a lady who said she's the manager and she assured me that she would send someone with the colddrink but she did not, such bad service, terrible actually.Why would your drivers report that the pizza is delivered when he's still over 45 mins away from delivering the pizza? On both occasions I ordered at the Dobsonville Debonairs
