Debonairs Pizza Case CAS-***-D5C8C6 has been logged The above case was logged, requesting info that has serious consequences if information cannot be obtained This has to do with Sulphates in food The SA websites' menu does not include this info, only other countries like Botswana do show this Due to the severe allergic reaction ( not intolerance) of sulphates, I need the info The frustration I have is taht I had to phone the customer line, asking what is going on, to hear that for some unforseen reason the mail never went to customer care Eventually someone phoned me (weeks ago) to tell me they will follow up on my request and also check why the case number were never forwarded to responsible department Month later, and still nothing I phoned yesterday, asking for feedback, and received a promise to escalate again ( to where? from Ignore this corner on desk to dustbin? Debonairs clearly does not care about the individual, their call centre is a farce, and not until they get boycotted like people did with Spur and Dischem, wil lthey react Way to big Way to arrogant I will not support any Debonairs or Steers again due to their attitude
