Debonairs Pizza dissapointment

I am highly disappointed in the service I received at the Dainfern Debonairs Pizza... I placed an order via Uber Eats at 18:30 and it is currently 20:00 and the driver is still waiting for them to make my order. I tried calling the store to find out what the holdup is and they never pickup their calls directed from their call centers.
