Debonairs pizza delivery service sucks

I have ordered a pizza online at the Lephalale mall just 10 mins away from my place at 18:53, I have waited for my order since then and when I track the order the app says my order has arrived at 19:30. I waited outside for whole 30 mins for my order till now I have not received any call for my order. I called debonairs and they kept directing me to 3 different agents none of them helped me.
