Debonairs Pizza - Collett Drive, terrible customer service!!!!

I ordered pizza's which were delivered cold. I called Debonairs Collett Drive and spoke to the manager - Roman. I explained to him that the pizzas were cold and he said that he would send us fresh pizzas and wanted the old ones back. There was 2 slices of each pizza left. When the driver arrived with the fresh pizza he refused to give us the pizza due to the fact that there was only two slices of each pizza left. Roman proceeded to have an argument with me over the phone stating how is it that I am only sending back 2 slices of pizzas and ending up in him taking the new pizzas as well as my cold pizzas back. First and foremost, I order from this store on a regular basis and to be treated as if I am lying about cold pizza is absolutely unacceptable. Roman screamed at me over the phone basically insinuating that I was lying about the pizza being cold because my children ate it. For the record I don't think I will ever order from this store again as it is not about the money but the principle behind it and the fact that i was treated like I was lying about the pizza being cold. If anything, appropriate action should be taken against the service aspect here, Roman has no idea what customer service is and quite frankly it is disgusting! How does he lead a team if he himself cannot get customer service right! I am extremely disappointed here!
