Debonairs pizza Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus

I put online complaint with debonairs and I was contacted by a lady who was so relaxed and she said she called to offer an apology and thanks for feedback they will use it to improve ,which i feel it's nonsense debonairs makes pizzas from 9:AM till 10:pm I would like to believe that I am not 10th customer where an excuse can be made with the quality of the food what they did is something they seem to be used to doing cause I don't think they would make a mistake of not putting enough ingredients in a pizza its what they have decided to do and used to doing,hence the person who dealt with the issue was so calm and relaxed,she said she will send me numbers to send pictures she never did ,I have requested for a reimbur*****t she said I was supposed to bring the pizza back I asked her with who's petrol as it is not my fault that they robbing people maybe they taking advantage of the Target market I **** know she answered and said she doesn't know about petrol so was I supposed to drive back and forth at night the person who decided go make me a pizza which was more dough and less meaty must just be held responsible so that in future they must know if a customer orders meaty pizza they must get meaty pizza .

I'm still waiting for feedback she said she will find out about reimbur*****t .

I usually by my pizza at phumula BP how come they do better and respect their target market.
