Debonairs Pizza Centurion Lifestyle - worst service EVER!

Debonairs pizza, Centurion Lifestyle has the worst service ever! I ordered pizza via the app, an hour later the app reports that the pizza has been delivered, that time there is no pizza at my house. I called the call center, a manager by the name of Moris told me there could be a delay due to things like rain (while it wasn't raining). He couldn't explain to me why the app says pizza delivered but I don't have pizza. He asked me to wait a few minutes, except the store was closing in less than 30 minutes. I asked him to trace the driver, he tells me he is unable to. I left my home to go to the branch. When I got there, the rude tellers tell me that the driver has left. I had to ask them to either call the driver or refund me, that's when they called him. He took his time to answer and when he arrived at my house, I asked my husband to ask him to explain what happened. He blames the store for what the app reports and accuses us of calling him a fool. I have never seen such a bunch of unprofessional people. As if they wasn't enough, the pizza itself was sub-standard, it was dry and the dough was nearly burnt. So sad to be a paying customer and getting such horrible service!
