Debonairs Pizza Centurion Lifestyle - Pathetic Service

I did not receive my desert yet I had paid for it. First, I waited more than an hour for my order, when my order arrived over an hour later, the driver advised that he left my dessert at the store, he then promised to go back to the store, pick up my dessert and deliver it to me. I then called the store, Debonairs Centurion Lifestyle and spoke to one of the staff. I had spoken to a female staff member who couldn't even speak properly or understand me, I spent 6 min only explaining I did not receive my dessert. The staff member further added that they are closing and she cant help me. I then asked her if i was going to receive my dessert and till now I have not received it, I also asked her how is she going to compensate me for the pathetic service, she still added we are closing , I asked her to call me back and inform me about my dessert which I had paid for querying weather this will be delivered or not, and still not delivered and yet paid for, Pathetic service, we will never support this store again.
