Debonairs Pizza Centurion - 3hrs later, no pizza, no apology

Friday 28th February 2020 : I placed an online order at Debonairs Pizza Centurion at 18:50 - Beef Billionaire, no peppers, add garlic. An hour later 19:50 i called myself checking on the order. The lady over the phone confirmed the order and requested i wait at least 20mins longer (20:15). 2 hours later at 20:50 still no delivery. By around 21:30, i gave up on the order and ate bread because i had run out of airtime and Telkom was down to buy airtime online to check on the order again. Around 22:45, Debonairs Pizza called themselves and asked if i had received my order, i responded no..... Their response "Oh ok" silence, then dropped the called. No apology, no nothing. Luckily it was a "card on delivery ". Waiting 3hrs for an order that never arrived. Debonairs has zero courtesy, i will never again. Luckily my kids ate McDonald's that night otherwise my whole family would have been upset. Im speechless till this day.
