Debonairs Pizza Cavendish - mediocre pizza and no customer care
I order from Debonairs quite often. Not because it is the best pizza, but it is convenient. My last two orders from Debonairs (Cavendish) did leave a bad taste in my mouth though... Twice I received the wrong order, but only after the second order did I decide to complain about it.
After getting though to the manager on duty, she listened to my story, took my number saying she'll look into it...that was two days ago. I made a point of telling all my friends about this experience and it seems most of them had similar stories. I was told I should order from Butler's pizza instead. Much better pizza and good customer service. Looking forward to test them tonight.
