Your Carletonville branch truly delivers exceptionally poor service.

I ordered a pizza telephonically. I gave the lady my address. She confirmed it and charged me R48 for the delivery fee.

This was done at 09:30. I clearly asked for the pizza to be delivered by 11:45. As we only have a 30-minute lunch.

I was then called at about 11:50. The lady told me that the pizza couldn’t be delivered because we were too far. I said it was total out of the question and that I want my pizza.

At 12 :10 I phoned the branch and spoke to Sphefihle. He told me that the driver had a flat wheel and that I would have my pizza by 12 :17.

Needless to say, it was never delivered.

Where poor, unreliable service is measured, you guys truly take the cake.

A while ago I ordered a pizza to my house. It arrived 3 hours later. Ice cold.

Debonairs Pizza in Carletonville is the opitimy of poor service!
