Debonairs pizza

Omg I am so disgusted by this service of Debonairs pizza Athlone. I had a raw pizza and I informed customer service about it . One of the managers of Debonairs pizza called me back and told me I had to take a picture of the food because it's policy and procedure. She started comparing other restaurants to them and I told her I got refunds or even other food from KFC etc without pictures. Keep in mind they phoning me whole time for the same issue over and over . This is so time consuming and time wasting . Bad service Debonairs pizza Athlone 7764
