Absolutely terrible service received. Placed an order via telephone, went in to fetch and paid. Order was not ready when we arrived after 10minutes when we phoned , so we paid and waited. Then after noticing other customers that arrived after us were served and left , queried what's happening and was told they lost out receipt and it will be done in 6min. 6min went to 10min and 30min then 45min. Asked again and the Manager said it's coming. Received half the order , when asked were is the other half she said it's at the back. So we asked for the order to be cancelled and requested money back , to which she refused and said take it. So it seems we had no choice even if it would take another 45min which is ridiculous. We had no choice even if the pizza was incorrect??? She refused to give her name and just walked away when asked about the coldrink she walked away. This was pathetic service and we were not the only customers frustrated, she ignored everyone and people were made out like she was doing us a favor. We paid for the food it was not been given for free or neither did she pay for it. I layer asked the cashier Bulelewa what was the managers name - Prudence. I need someone to look into this serious issue ASAP.
