A whole roach made it to our creamy chicken pizza , after driving back to the franchise to lodge this complaint we were received with a weird attitude and were almost never acknowledged , even after stating what had brought us back in - the least they could’ve done was be remorseful in sympathy for what they put us through. Glad for the refund but irked at how they received us. :(
