Debonairs pizza boksburg

I had a terrible experience with debonairs pizza. I orderd and the pizza came 1 and a half hour late. I spoke to the driver and made him aware that the pizza is cold and it supposed to be free but I already made a payment online. I called the number on the net and explained to her and told her that we had 2 slice of the pizza cause we was hungry and she said she couldn't help us. The driver **** to them and told them that we did not complain about the pizza. The agent that I spoked to was rude and cut the call on me. I find this highly unprofessional for such a recognized pizza take away. I'm very disappointed with this experience
