Debonairs Pizza Bluewater Bay PE is the worst.

Debonairs Pizza Bluewater Bay PE is the worst. I ordered pizza online from Debonairs Pizaa Bluewater Bay PE. A few minutes after I finished ordering they called me and said they are no longer doing deliveries. I then asked them why they still had an online option to buy the pizza and they said its the problem at the head office. I then requested them to refund the money they had taken for online so that I can buy food elsewhere, they again refused and said they cant to refunds its a process and I will only get the money when the process is completed. So tonight i slept on an empty stomach because of Debonairs Pizza Bluewater Bay PE. They couldnt deliver the food or refund my money. They are so unprofessional and the worst of a kind. Why would a company have an option to order online delivered food when they know that they do not have delivery services available. What kind of customer care is this?????
