Debonairs Pizza Benoni Northmead - **********

I Bought pizza via the Debonairs App on 26th March 2020 at their Northmead store. My Pizza was never delivered and when i tried to call the store, there was. I sent through an email to them regarding this incident, but i understood that because of the lockdown, i will not get a response. Level 4, Debonairs is operating again, i sent through another email, and still no response yet i am getting emails regarding placing an order almost each day. I just want my refund. Debonairs Northmead is a huge *****, maybe because i stay in a township and they don't cater to us...... i want my R259.90, i can't even do a reversal through my bank as that is also charged
