Debonairs Pizza _ Bela Bela - Poor, poor, poor service and bad attitude...

Placed an order via Debonairs Pizza App on 7/12/2018 @ 6:33. Time now 7:51 with no Pizza delivered.

Phoned Debonairs Pizza Bela Bela @ 19:25, the attendant explained that she cant help me as she must first confirm where my order is. She phoned back @ 19:34 just to confirm that my order will take about a further 20 minutes.

Phoned Customer care @ 19:40 and their response "we will do a formal complaint" then the franchise has 24 to 48 hours to response. There's nothing more they can do.

I must relax and continue waiting...

What absolute **** service!!!
