Debonairs Pizza Banbury Crossing - ****py service!

I placed an order with Debonairs Pizza Banbury Crossing at 20:00pm I received my order confirmation and everything , I was able to track my order as well so that was great..... but when it came to 40mins after ordering and still no delivery guy I checked my phone and I was now no longer able to track my order..

An hour goes past and still my order does not arrive!! Im now really annoyed as I have no transport and i was very hungry and I had more than enough time to order my pizza. now to my shock when calling the branch i get an automated message saying I have reached them out side of there trading hours. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!

Really you guys are a joke! you obviously decided to close early for the Friday and then just throw my order out the window.

Will never use you guys again and ill make sure everyone I speak to knows of you ****py service!

Thanks for the response but Im still not happy as this is not the first time this has happened, So something tells me this will not reach anyone.

Someone tried to call me from the branch a few days ago and I could barely hear him and after telling him I cant hear him he hung up on me and I never heard back from him again.... so really great way to treat customers that pay good hard earned money at your store!

I say it again I am not happy and I will not recommend you to anyone!
