Debonairs Pizza bad service

Bought a pizza and paid for it online. Didn't receive my pizza while the App shows that pizza has been delivered and I must rate the delivery. I had to call the store using my Airtime to ask where my order is while the driver is sitting at the debonairs store while he gave my pizza to someone else. When calling I'm being pushed back and forth and being told that the manager is busy while they don't want to give me my refund. Zama is not giving me a way forward and the driver is Felix who doesn't want to own up to their mistakes. I don't know if they doing this because of race or what. Bad service from them
