Debonairs pizza awful experience

I ordered my first pizza in a while today from Debonairs. You can imagine I was very excited... Not only did my order take more than 2 hours, my order was incomplete. The mini cheese grillers come in 10s, that's what I ordered. I only got 8. The pizza (Creamy chicken triple decker) looked and tasted like it was made last week, it was cold and tough. I called and was hung up on. Called again and the phone rang on. Definitely not an ideal experience at all. One can imagine Debonairs will never see me again.
