Debonairs Pizza Avonwood

I received such disappointing service in one of your stores in avonwood square on the 14 of April where I order chicken cram deck ... due to the fact that I was on a rush I asked the lady on the counter in how long my order will take she advised that it will take 15 minutes as it was not busy at the store waited for the pizza checked my order after 20minutes I was told it was not ready .... only then was it processed... seeing other customers get in and out leaving you there ... no cared to feedback on what was the delay It’s took more then 40 minutes for me to get the pizza ... being frustrated on the time I had to wait and getting a pizza damp. I laid a compliant about this got a call from the store manager stating that he can only give me 20% discount ... i dont know how am i suppose to purchase they poor quality of product. i find their service very poor and unprofessional.
