Debonairs frankly has ****** R200 from me.
I have an sms from them received at 8:45 pm to say they had my order. But they - never showed up. - never bothered to answer the phone. - never contacted me.
I logged a complaint with the Debonairs customer care (ref 442979). They are involved in this blatant theft as I have heard nothing from them. They promised a response within 48 hours and that was 5 days ago.
I gave up and ordered from Butlers pizza at 9:50 pm and Butlers delivered 20 min later.
My credit card was debited with R197 by these *******.
