Debonairs Pizza - Arbour Crossing: ND886251// LOL119(MAT1583) - RUM10514

On the 23rd of December 2021 my car was hit by a Debonairs delivery motorbike for Arbour Crossing Restaurant. The driver of the motorbike was in the wrong after he tried to overtake on the solid line. The Manager agreed to fix my car and within a few weeks I was contacted by Royal Union requesting certain documents to be sent through, of which I did. However, after a few days I got an email from an arrogant gentlemen by the name of Allen Pollock, who told me they have been appointed to represent Debonairs and Royal Union and any correspondence with regards to the accident will have to go through BM Attorneys. This gentlemen has proposed to cover only half the costs of the damages because of the "Law of Collisions and the Apportionment of Damages Act" as per his email sent today. I do not agree with this proposal because I did not drive negligently but it was the Debonairs driver who disobeyed Traffic rules and endangered my life and damaged my vehicle. This matter has been dragging for sometime and I feel disrespected and emotionally abused after liaising with Allen who is making sure that this matter drags on forever. Please address this immediately. I need my vehicle fixed!
