Debonairs pizza and their free voucher promos

I bought the triple stake4 pizza because it was on special and they had promised that you get a R200 voucher with it. The voucher code needed to be registered online. I don't all of that but the still did not send me my R200 voucher. I emailed them a few times, but no response.
