Debonairs Pizza Alex Mall - beyond horrible service

I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Pizza Alex Mall at 12:36. It's now 4:00 with no delivery. Tried to call multiple times and as soon as I try and explain my situation I get dropped or transferred back to the IVR and eventually get dropped. I have already paid online and when I try to cancel the order the bot responds saying that cancelations cannot be done for orders already made. This is beyond horrible service!
