Debonairs pizza

I have ordered pizza online on the 26/03/2020 and made online payment for the pizza and delivery, my pizza was not delivered, I have tried to communicate with them on twitter but I always get the same response "your matter is being handed to our team and they will get back to you", how long does one have to wait for their refund, their service is poor. They holding my money, give me back my money
