Debonairs pizza

My name is lesego and I have a complaint. I ordered pizza 4 hours ago and it’s not delivered yet. It says on the app it’s delivered. I ordered from Debonairs pizza thabong and after a few minutes the driver called to ask for my directions. I’m not happy with the service. The first time I ordered my pizza was uncooked and I could taste the dough. Now I’m still waiting for my order which hasn’t arrived. It’s even load shedding now and we’re going to bed on an empty stomach. Bare in mind, we paid for it. Can they at least refund us.The service is really trash and I’ll never ever order from them ever again. How can one wait for food for more than 4 hours?? The branch has even closed.
