Debonairs Pizza
Hi ordered the pizza at Debonairs Pizza (Dube Outlet) in Soweto on Sunday 1st Dec 2019 at 14:27 with order number ***7. The restuarent clerk called me after 20 minutes to inform me that the delivery will be delayed for 30 minutes. I called after an hour to check the status of my order and they said they were on thier way. I waited another 2 hours around 18:20 and their phones were off. I had to collect my order at the outlet around 19:00. They are so unprofessional, ********* and inconsiderate. Debonairs Pizza customer services standard is outstanding in white neighbour hoods but it's pathetically useless in black townships.
