DEBONAIRS PIZZA
I called Debonairs Pizza in Verulam at 19:55 to order a simple Hawaiian pizza the lady I spoke to took my order and she clearly said it will be ready from 10 to 20 minutes from the order time I got to debonairs at like 20:20 to collect my pizza which should have been ready I had to wait another 30 minutes at the store before I can get my pizza so what's the point of calling to order if you still going to wait and no one is updating you no one is at least telling you its going to be ready in the next 5 minutes or something then one of the stuff members who I assumed makes the pizzas comes to the front by the till point looking for something and her apron looked like it was covered in vomite yes I know you will get messy in the kitchen but a few drops and then how do I enjoy eating my pizza when the person who makes it looked like that I'm really not happy about the service its *******
