Debonairs Pizza

Super hungry on my birthday during lunch time, so i decide to place an online order (Vereeniging CBD shop). Only to get to the shop and find it closed because there was no electricity in town. So why did my order go through and money deducted off my account if the ****** shop is closed?? the customer care tells me to wait for the shop to open so they can cancel the order and refund me in 48 hours. really??

I then decide to place another online order to a different shop that's open (Shell Bedworth Park Express). After money has been deducted, i get an email telling me the store is too busy to accept my order. But money has been deducted off my account????? i call the shop to get clarity and i'm told the clerk made a mistake and clicked the wrong button. They apologized and told me to go collect the order as they did not do deliveries. I get to the shop, and they expect me to make a cash payment. and i explain that i have already paid online and money went off my account. After a short argument with the so called "manager" i decide to cancel the order as i wasn't going to pay twice. I call the customer care line again ***and they tell me to call the shop and ask them to cancel it. pretty useless customer care if you ask me
