Debonairs Pizza

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the weekend on Saturday the 25/03/2017, i placed an online order at the local debonairs pizza, Westgate Mall.</p> <p>I requested a delivery and placed the order at 19:11, message popped up showing this order has been received from the store and printed.</p> <p> With this order i have also requested for there to be no mushrooms, only because there is an allergy to the mushrooms.</p> <p>I then waited and an hour passed, didn't mind waiting till the hour but then an hour an 15 minutes passed and still nothing as this was supposed to be our supper.</p> <p>Then I called the store and asked is my order on its way as its been more than an hour. The ladie then told me they saw my order now only and will get it to me. I requested then to add extras and they told me no its left the store.</p> <p>Another hour passed and still no food!</p> <p>It took me two hours and 20mins for me to receive my food and at this point i was highly irritated by the service i received.</p> <p>And eventually when the food arrived, it had mushrooms in, at this point i was completely put off by eating and highly frustrated and even put on the service delivery form from the delivery guy, bad service.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been the worst experience by far.</p>
