Debonairs phone orders

Debonairs is a real pain to deal with when it comes to placing phone orders. On 2 seperate occasions, we called the Goodwood branch and got through to a call center. They take the order, sends out a confirmation on sms, but it gets lost somewhere in the system. A hr later, still no pizza and when you call them they insist no order was placed. I've had to call them continuously, (5 times) just to sort out 1 order. This happened twice already in the space of a month. So you end up with hungry guests/ kids and no food. 2.5 hrs later, they pitch up with the pizza after everyone has eaten whatever was available. Then they expect you to pay for something you dont want any longer. So next time you consider placing a phone order with them, be prepared to wait.
