Debonairs Phoenix plaza and call center pathetic and rude service

Absolutely terrible service from debonairs Pizza Phoenix plaza

I placed an order at 6:30 pm for the following

1 large meaty crammed crust 1 large chicken crammed crust 2 small cheese magarhita

Called the call center at 7 they said. In 10 minutes it will arrive, but didn't, called the call center again over and over again spoke to mphume and A****aker Sayed the call center manager, his agents laughing in the background at us whilst we ask for our food that was not deliverd

Food come at 8:30 2hrs after ordering time and the driver says that the call center does not know what they are doing

I have 4 adults and 3 kids waiting for food for 2hrs

I have all the receipts and call logs as well as a video with a time stamp of the driver coming

And cause all other online ordering was offline was forced to take it or everyone has to wait another hour to eat a cooked meal
