DEBONAIRS PHOENIX - PATHETIC SERVICE- SEQUEL

I placed an order to be delivered to my workplace(2minutes from the Debonairs store) but after 2 hours past, I called in to check up. I was told my order would be delivered within 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again because my order hadn't come to me as yet. I advised the lady that I am done at work and going home and to please deliver to my home which is a minutes walk from my workplace. I was told that that cannot be done. After a long few calls, it was agreed to be delivered to my home. An hour after all of this, still no food so I called in and I was laughed at while asking for my food. I eventually just gave up and decided to take the loss as I already paid for my food. But 2 hours later my food shows up but nothing close to what I ordered. This is my 2nd bad experience in 3 weeks with the same store, you will be sure that I will never purchase again from this store.
