DEBONAIRS PHOENIX - PATHETIC SERVICE

I placed an order at 8.13pm, waited an hour and followed up. I was advised that the store is busy and will be delivered shortly. Waited another hour and followed up but they gave me the exact same story. Its been almost another hour and still have not received my food yet. The food is still in the shop, why offer a service you cannot maintain?
