Debonairs Phoenix Gemcity - Poor service delivery & Pathetic customer care.

Debonairs - Phoenix - Gem City - What pathetic customer service from a renowned brand like Debonairs. Really disappointed at the Triple Decker with sausage crust pizza that i purchased and to what i received is total opposites as to the adverts that one sees on television or media. I even ordered extra cheese which I was charged R40 extra for to be put on 2 layers. If i had not done that how more dry would the pizza have been. Really disappointed for the amount that I paid and to be given **** like I was. Filling was so less, its not even funny. Taste was ok but come on guys stop Ripping us off. What you advertise is what you was suppose to be serving your customers. Have been in contact with the person behind their Facebook messenger who keeps on giving me the same sad story all the time of 'The team will be in contact with you" from June 2022. A lady whom i think is from the store as well, asked for the pictures to which i sent to her saying she will be in contact. Mind you a month later on the 9 August I asked her for feedback she mention she will give me feedback the next day . Next day she said area manager will call. To date - NO CALL. On the 22 August i queried with her again and her reply was " I will check with the area manager' . Till this morning no communication. What bad customer service. How many other people are ordering this and just eating away not seeing what is really inside & in between the other layers.
