Debonairs Phoenix a complete disappointment

Disappointed with the service at Debonairs Phoenix! Tried using their online app to place an order, the screen came up with an error and I didn't get a confirmation of the order but the debit went off my account. I then processed a cash order and this was delivered upon COD.

I have been in store twice and on both occasions I spoke to 2 different managers (Christian and Phindile), the managers requested bank statements and i submitted on both requests. This debit went out on the 1st of December, I was in store on the 3rd and from then till now I have not had my funds reversed back into my account. I have phoned on numerous occasions to get an update, it's more than a week and nothing has been done. I will surely not be recommending Debonairs to anyone due to the poor service.

This is utter ****, Debonairs need to improve their managerial s****s because clearly the current managers are of no assistance.
