Debonairs Philip Nel nightmare

Disappointed in the manner in which Debonairs Pizza Philip Nel dealt with the matter of my extremely delayed order after I had ordered Pizza online as usual. The manager was only interested in refunding the money, which b the way, will take several days as it was paid online. The escalation process also proved to be cumbersome as all customer care consultants i spoke to were equally rude. Disappointed and still waiting for my cash.
