Debonairs Park Station service is Terrible!!

I placed an order online today with Debonairs Park Station (foodcourt) and when I went to collect my order was nowhere to be found, yet I got the confirmation that the order was accepted by the restaurant & even received an order number!! The worse part is this wasn't even the first time, there's just always something they get wrong!! The inconvenience each time is frustrating, especially because the whole point of ordering online is so that I don't have to wait while they prepare the order, then u get there and they tell you stories!! The service is terrible!!!
