Debonairs Paledi Mall total customer experience a huge disappointment as well as Call Centre manager

"Usually, I have a decent experience with other Debonairs Pizza stores as a long standing client of decades, but recently on the 1st of May 2026, i ordered Debonairs pizza at Paledi Mall on my Debonairs app and it was a massive letdown. It was cold by the time I got it and received it +-2/3 hours later, and the texture was dry and tough to chew, the death by chocolate was very dry too. The driver also arrived in dirty clothes and eating pizza on duty, i have immediately tried to log a query and ask from my food to be collected the store never got back to me. Two weeks later, i then called customer services and spoke to Aphiwe, Thando and Sma who directed the query again to the branch and to call and Mokhadi from Debonairs Paledi mentioned her manager was attending training and had ascertained me that she would inform him to call me the next day, which none those promises came into effect still. The next day, i then asked customer services to have the query escalated, then i spoke to the call centre manager Tshidisa whom even today never cared enough to get back to me in efforts to have a resolution.

Debonairs Paledi Team and Manager, Debonairs Customer services and Call center manager Tshidisa, and needs better quality control, branch manager Paledi, needs to ensure they put customers at the heart of everything they do, ensure faster delivery that food arrives fresh and hot.
