Debonairs Oribi Plaza

<p>I write this review with the greatest disappointment and with a sour taste in my mouth. I am also sad to have kept quite as long as I have. This feels like a stab in the back for my 'family' at Debonairs Oribi Plaza in Port Shepstone, but doing what is right far outweighs and bond i have secured with the staff at the branch.</p> <p>I do have a few areas of concern:</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, an issue that needs to be addressed is the manager at the branch verbally abusive towards the staff members, at first I thought this was an inside joke, mainly because I have seen this behaviour from Princess and the staff on numberous occassions. But I am a regular at Debonairs so while cringing at the display of this unprofessional performance, I have taken it upon myself to watch the receivers' body language closely in order to not take offence on their behalf , whilst none was intended. I can confirm this does not look like friendly jabs at the staff members. I had to watch Princess physically assault one of the guys who looks like a delivery guy, one of the ladies in the back asked her to stop as she was doing all of this in full view of customers, to which she responded by taking it to the back. I cannot confirm if the physical assault carried on at the back or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another issue is that i have recently noticed the cream cheese on Double Stack pizza is a bit watery compared to the one we ordered from Shelly Beach was not watery at all. Please investigate on this as i have now lost my faith in the pizza at the Oribi Branch. I hate feeling like this as i have been a loyal customer since Barry Marais was there.
