Debonairs ordering online bad idea

I ordered my pizza on the 27th October 2021 online around 19:05 with order number ***7 I received my confirmation but for the order at Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark. I made numerous calls to follow on my order with no luck I finally got a call center lady who told me that the store will call me back shortly as she acknowledged that it's been long since I placed my order.

Until the 28th October 2021 where I drove to Vaàl Mall Debonairs to enquire about my paid order, when I get to the store they made me aware that they sent a message to the call center informing them that they down on internet and now the fault lies with the call center that informed me that the store will call me back, as the shop is saying they only received the order when the store was quite and there was no one..

I am very displeased with the treatment I received from ordering online. Although I spoke to Cindy who is said to be the co-owner who gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase.

The call center has to improve on their services
