Debonairs ordering impossible

I wanted to buy pizza and decided to call them and I couldn’t get anyone to answer my call from call Centre, I decided to use the app and surprise my closest store was offline. After struggling for an hour to get them on a call I used the app to chat to support and I was transferred to Thobile she spent 5 minutes to reply to my query I then asked for a solution and waited a further 6 minutes without a reply until I gave up. I went on to call the support on 0861 number and I was on hold for 8 minutes no answer. Debonairs standards have gone to the pits one cannot order a simple pizza by phone, app, support and they don’t answer calls at all. You lost a customer.
