Debonairs :Order #***5 paid for and never delivered

I have ordered two Pizza's yesterday at 18:17 online, paid R226 and received a confirmation that my order was received order no. #***5 which was never delivered and I tried to call Dawn Park Debonairs as they were supposed to deliver but there was no response I tried several times. This is not the third time I am experiencing this, their service is pathetic and unprofessional, even when the store manager called me after I complained on their Customer care support he was just apologizing because I complained he was not sincere or meant it, he just wanted to close the complaint. My children went to bed at 22:00 waiting for the Pizza's and had to make alternative plans for them to eat supper.
