Debonairs Online order that took 5 hours 30 minutes

Utter disgust at the service and product for online orders and deliveries. Ordered dinner for kids sleeping over at Grans place at 17h20. Called at 19h00 to hear where food is and was told due told orders are taking 2 hours and my food is ready to go out in 15min. It is now 22h40 and the food just got deliver. Warm stale food which i won't feed my dogs and they expect my kids to eat this. Tried calling for a whole hour between 20h30 and 21h30 and just gave up. Kids had to sleep with only eating cheese sandwiches and yet I paid for this food and service. How do you service customers like this. Absolutely pathetic service and all they will do is call to apologies and blame it on drivers and weather ect. Yet i ordered Mr D at 17h30 and got my food at 18h15. 5 hours and 30 min. Imagine your food standing for 3 hours in a warmer. Stale sauce and stale ingredients.
