Debonairs online order still not delivered almost year later.

It's almost a year that's passed, I've still not received a refund or the order. I've placed an order on the debonairs app on the day of the lockdown last year, 26 March 2020. Since it was lockdown I did not receive the order. Couple months passed. When the store opened, I went in personally and requested to see the manager, she advised me she will query with head office and get back to me, I waited and waited and waited but still nothing. I went back to the store, spoke to 1 of the cashiers, she gave me her number and asked to send her the Pic of the order which I still have, she said she would query it. I sent it to her and waited, and waited and still waiting. After numerous calls and going into the branch 3 times. I still haven't got any feed back. Very disappointed!
