Debonairs Online Fail

I placed an order with Debonairs Pizza Laudium just after 5pm, I called at 6:20 pm to follow up on my order only to be told that they don't deliver in my area. This is after they debited the money for the pizzas and delivery. I called to find out what was happening and was eventually hung up on.
