Debonairs online delivery, is my area covered or not covered?????

Last nite, placed an online order with Debonairs Newton Park, PE for delivery

All was ok with my order, did the payment and waited

Shortly thereafter, the store called me to say they dont deliver to my area to which I argued that the order platform had no issues and clearly took my delivery address and did not state anything about not delivering to my area

the person who called me told me that he does not know how the system said they could deliver and it is a problem and they cannot fix this, so that means that every single person ordering from my area cannot get a delivery from this branch and between Debonairs and the branch no one is bothered to fix this?

Shocked to say the least and there I sat waiting for food which did not arrive and frustrated...

Meanwhile you took my payment immediately?
